With decades of leadership experience and a lifelong connection to Rockwall, Sheri Starkey-Parks brings a rare blend of professionalism, legacy, and community commitment to her real estate career. A newly retired Human Resources Leader, Sheri is known for her strong communication, thoughtful guidance, and ability to help people navigate meaningful transitions— skills that translate seamlessly into real estate.

Sheri comes from a family deeply rooted in the industry: her father, a respected homebuilder for more than 40 years, and her mother, a REALTOR® for 15 years. Growing up in Rockwall and living back in the community for the past 26 years, Sheri offers unmatched insight into the area’s neighborhoods, history, and growth- a combination that sets her apart in today's market.

Beyond real estate, Sheri is a dedicated community leader. She serves on the Rockwall County Children’s Advocacy Center Board, the Rockwall ISD Education Foundation Board, is actively involved in her church, and is committed to strengthening the community she loves. She and her husband, Larry Parks, share three children and four grandchildren who inspire her passion for helping families find the perfect place to call home.
