Raised right here in Rockwall, Rodney Glaze has a profound, lifelong connection to the land and communities of North Texas. Before bringing his expertise to the real estate industry, Rodney spent 30 years building a distinguished career in ranch business, wildlife conservation, and fisheries management. After earning a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University, he spent decades managing sweeping ranch operations and conducting white-tailed deer research across the Lone Star State. This unique background provided him with an elite, highly specialized understanding of land values, soil, topography, and property potential.  

Today, Rodney translates that vast experience into a powerful asset for his real estate clients.
