About Michelle Followwill

Regardless of the industry, Michelle has always been in the “people” business. With a deep passion for helping others and a strong background in customer service, she is committed to making the home buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

A Royse City native, Michelle’s interest in real estate was sparked early on by her father, a respected custom home builder in the area. That early exposure to home building laid the foundation for her career in real estate. Before earning her real estate license, Michelle spent a decade in Human Resources and Payroll, supporting multimillion-dollar hospitality brands based in Dallas, TX. Her attention to detail, reliability, and people-first mindset set her apart and create lasting client relationships built on trust, transparency, and results.

Outside of work, Michelle loves spending time with her husband and three children. When the sun is shining, you’ll likely find her happiest out on the golf course enjoying a beautiful day.
