About Justin Holland

Legacy & Co. Real Estate was founded by Justin Holland, a second-generation broker whose roots in Rockwall County run deep. Raised in a family devoted to real estate, Justin carries forward the vision of his late father, Lance Holland, co-founder of Regal Realtors in 1991. With nearly two decades of experience in residential, commercial, and land sales, Justin is recognized as both a trusted advisor in business and a dedicated servant-leader in the community.

Beyond the brokerage, Justin served four terms as the State Representative for Texas House District 33, where he championed issues ranging from energy and infrastructure to public safety and conservation. A proud Texas Tech University graduate with a Master’s degree in Management from East Texas A&M, he brings discipline, strategic vision, and a heart for service into every aspect of his work.

Justin and his wife, Neely, are raising their two daughters in Heath, where their family is active in local schools, athletics, and their church. The Hollands are proud to call Lake Ray Hubbard home, and Justin’s personal and professional mission remains the same: to build something lasting, to serve others faithfully, and to leave a legacy for future generations.
