Meet Justin
Justin Holland is the founder of Legacy & Co. Real Estate and a second-generation Texas broker with two decades of experience in residential, commercial, and land transactions across North Texas.
Raised in a real estate family, Justin grew up around development, land use, municipal growth, and brokerage operations through Regal Realtors, founded by his father, Lance Holland, in 1991. His background spans residential sales, investment property, land transactions, municipal issues, and commercial real estate strategy throughout the Lake Ray Hubbard region.
Justin also served four terms in the Texas House of Representatives for District 33, representing Rockwall County and portions of Collin County. During his time in office, he worked extensively on legislation involving infrastructure, energy, property rights, economic development, water planning, public safety, and state regulatory oversight. He served as Chairman of the Texas Sunset Advisory Commission.
That combination of real estate experience and statewide policy work gives Justin a practical understanding of the infrastructure, transportation, utility, and growth issues that directly affect property values and long-term development across Texas.
Justin earned his degree from Texas Tech University and holds a Master’s degree in Management from East Texas A&M University.
He and his wife, Neely, live in Heath with their daughters and remain actively involved in their church, schools, and local community.
