Justin Holland learned the real estate business from his father, Lance Holland, who co-founded Regal REALTORS® in 1991. Growing up in Rockwall County, he saw firsthand how to build a company focused on hard work, trust, and lasting relationships. Those early lessons became the foundation for Legacy & Co. Real Estate.
Today, Justin has twenty years of experience helping buyers, sellers, investors, and developers across North Texas. His work covers residential homes, luxury properties, land, ranches, and commercial real estate. Clients value his careful preparation, direct communication, and practical understanding of the market.
Public service is a defining part of Justin’s career. He served on the Heath City Council before representing Texas House District 33 in the Texas Legislature from 2017 through 2025. During his four terms, he focused on infrastructure, public education, and property rights, and served as Chairman of the Texas Sunset Advisory Commission, overseeing the efficiency and accountability of state agencies.
Justin remains deeply involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Rockwall Area Chamber of Commerce and as Chairman of both the Heath Park Board and the Parks and Trails of Heath (P.A.T.H.) initiative. He holds a bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science in Management from East Texas A&M University. Justin and his wife, Neely, are raising their two daughters in Heath, where they are active in their church, local schools, and community.
