About Heather Mumford

For Heather Mumford, real estate has always been about people. Every client, every home, and every transition represents a meaningful moment, and she considers it a privilege to be part of that journey. Heather is known for her persistence, strong negotiation skills, and a client-first approach, but what truly drives her is helping people feel confident and cared for throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, Heather’s life is centered around family and community. She and her husband are raising six sons—one a freshman in college, three freshmen in high school, and two seventh graders—so their home is full of energy, schedules, and a whole lot of heart. Their boys are involved in everything from golf, football, basketball, wrestling, track, and baseball to choir, a cappella, and robotics. Watching them grow through teamwork, discipline, and leadership has shaped the way Heather approaches both life and business.

Giving back is also incredibly important to their family. Three of their sons are active members of the Young Men’s Service League, and together they value opportunities to serve organizations such as Special Olympics, Dallas Life Foundation, Children’s Advocacy Center, Helping Hands, and other local nonprofits. Being involved in their community keeps them grounded and connected, and it’s a value Heather brings into her work with clients every day.
